Franco Noriega is not your average chef. With a magnetic personality, sculpted physique, and a passion for both food and fitness, he has captured the hearts of New Yorkers and gained international acclaim as a chef, model, and entrepreneur

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Franco moved to New York at the age of 18 to study at the French Culinary Institute. His culinary journey began at a young age. Growing up in a family of restaurateurs and influenced by the diverse landscape of his homeland, he developed an insatiable curiosity for cooking. Guided by his Italian grandmother's teachings and his own creative instincts, he mixed tradition with innovation.

He opened his first restaurant in New York City, Baby Brasa in 2016, combining his travels and global cuisines with his passion for healthy eating. He has also opened Tivoli Trattoria, an Italian eatery in the West Village and Fellini Coffee, which has 3 locations in NYC and is planning to expand further in 2024.
